How long have you been in business?
Since 1987 - full time. Rick grew up in the Houston area and has been in the West Houston/Katy area since the late 80's.
What is your primary product or service?
Rick's team assists buyers & sellers of real estate in such a way as to maximize their potential in their real estate experiences.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Rick decided to enter the real estate business in the late 80's & managed a boutique style company which specialized in foreclosures. In the early 90's he moved his business to the west of Houston & became a dominant force in his market area. He now operates the #1 team in the largest real estate company in that market area.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Rick's team provides a consultive approach to their real estate clients. They are consistently ranked among the top producers in the their market area. Rick has assembled a highly efficient and extremely knowledgeable team of professionals to handle all aspects of the real estate transaction.

One location which handles all areas on the west side of Houston including Katy, Sugar Land & the surrounding areas.
