How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 2006 in the Greater Houston area.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide quality auto and truck repairs for both mechanical and collision needs. We work with both individuals, fleets, and all insurance companies.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After several years as a tow truck owner/operator, I saw a need for honest and professional repairs at a price the typical customer was looking for. I found that maintaining my wrecker fleet was an ongoing fight with many independent shops, and dealerships. In an effort to address this need, I expanded into the repair field for autos and trucks.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
It is our sincere desire to provide the best professional and quality service to our customers that we humanly can. Using the latest diagnostic and training techniques available, we will provide honest, complete, and cost effective repairs for all levels of Service and Collision repairs in an expeditious time frame, and at cost-effective pricing for our clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At the current time we have only one location.

From 610 North Loop, take the Hardy Toll Rd. exit. Get off at the Crosstimbers exit, and stay on the Northbound feeder of the Hardy Toll Road. The feeder (northbound) is also called E. Hardy. Approximately 1.5 miles North of Crosstimbers you will see Zone 3 Storage on your right. The next building past the storage lot on your right is Motor Haus of Greater Houston.

All of Greater Houston.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own and operate the business. My Service Manager is Francisco (Paco) Najera. My Collison Manager is Jaime Alanis.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm. Our Saturday hours are 8am to 2pm.
