since 2009 and still going!
What is your primary product or service?
We provide co-signing services for persons trying to obtain a rental property, but have been unsucessful due to credit challenges that have affected many of us in this job market and given way to arising foreclosures.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I found myself suddenly unemployed in New York as a financial advisor of all things and as the breadwinner of my family, our lives were seddenly and unexpectedly affected ovrnight. We lost our home to foreclosure and gave up many of the things we loved. I found myself struggling to explain myself to landlords to simply rent a home for my family after I regained employment. This gave way to a new innovative thought and company named 'ez lease rentals'. A company was brought alive because of an idea I had to help others in my position.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I dont really know if there are any businesses in my area or category!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Over the 3 years, I expanded to California, where my investors took me. The business originally started in Texas, for the first year, thereafter, we have been localed in Long Beach, California ever since.

We work nationally!
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Myself, Dan Hamilton, and my regional manager, Stuart Haynes.
What are your hours of operation?
8am-8pm, PST, Monday-Friday
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Thats hard. My clients give me the best compliments when they first couldnt believe the service was true. I find the most satisfaction when they call crying on the phone they have a home for thier family. Thats the best compliment.
